HERBAL ICE CREAMS, SHERBERTS AND SORBETS
This fun 3-hour workshop will teach students how to make delicious and healthy frozen treats using edible flowers, herbs and natural ingredients. Learn how to stock your freezer with herbal popsicles to cool during hot summer days, creamy and naturally flavored sherberts and ice creams and more.
You will learn:How to make sumptuous creamy herbal ice creams The process of making a sunny herbal dreamsicle How to combine herbs for summer cooling herbal ices Dairy and sugar free options for cool treats
During the workshop, everyone will taste samples of herbal ices, sorbets and ice cream blends while making several creations using churn and no-churn methods for quick gratification and happiness-on-demand! Students will go home with recipes for an herbal dreamsicle, botanical ice pops, creamy herbal ice creams, and will also take home a small container of ice cream made in the workshop!
